Using our modern molecular-based quantitative Polymerase Chain Reaction (qPCR) technology, we can accurately detect the presence or absence of E. coli and Salmonella in any cannabis or cannabis-derived product. We use qPCR to target specific genetic sequences in these bacterial species. We use PCR technology to determine Total Yeast and Mold (TYAM) counts. Total aflatoxins are determined by UPLC-MS/MS for the most accurate results.
